You can create your own design or choose from 1000+ ready templates. We provide high-quality custom t-shirts for individuals, teams, events, and special occasions.
1. Custom Design & Order Policy

- Rasits is a custom-design platform
- Customers can upload their own designs or choose from our templates
- You must have the legal right to use any design you upload
- Once a design is confirmed and order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned, except for manufacturing defects
- Rasits reserves the right to reject any design that violates copyright or policies
2. Trial & Delivery Acceptance Policy

- Trials, try-ons, and partial deliveries are not allowed
- Customers must receive the full order at once
At the time of delivery:
- Customers are strongly encouraged to check the product before payment
- If: Size issue, Defect, Or you do not want the product
👉 You must return it immediately to the delivery agent (on spot)
3. Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery.
Eligible for Exchange:
- Size does not fit
- Product has a defect
- Wrong item delivered
Conditions:
- Product must be unused and in fresh condition
- Must include original packaging
4. Refund Policy

Refund is applicable under controlled conditions.
Eligible Cases: Defective product, Customer is not satisfied with product quality
Conditions: Must request within 48 hours of delivery, Product must be unused and in fresh condition
Process: After approval, refund will be completed within 7 working days via original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Card)
5. Delivery Policy

Urgent Delivery: Available via parcel services (e.g., Pathao Parcel). Product amount must be paid in advance. Delivery charge is paid separately to the rider.
6. Payment Policy
We accept: bKash, Nagad, Debit/Credit Cards, Cash on Delivery (COD)
8. Privacy Policy
We collect information (Name, Phone, Email, Address) only for order processing and delivery. Your data is kept secure.
